I was born and raised in a small mountain valley town in Eastern Oregon. After high school I studied forestry conservation and control while working in an Infant Center. I have taught Hunters Education with the department of fish and wildlife and love hunting and fishing.
I have always loved photography and in 2009 my husband bought me my first digital Nikon. A hobby quickly turned into more and I began watching every video I could, and reading blogs and books on photography. Then began the obscene amount of purchases of props, and backdrops and lights and the list goes on.
After spending over 21 years in the military my husband has finally retired and our family has settled in the small valley town of Chewelah WA. We have three kiddos and we have loved exploring all the sights and sounds of Stevens County and are working on building our dream home. Once complete we will have not only a studio on location but a small photography farm complete with buildings, fences, trees, flowers and more to host photography sessions. I look forward to meeting new people in the community and helping families achieve their photography needs.
